Dr. Blaine Connor, VMD, has been with The Chestnut Hill Cat Clinic since graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine as a VMD in 1995. Dr. Connor enjoys the challenges treating cats and takes great pride in educating clients. His philosophy is to approach every situation with a good bedside manner and have each client be informed about their cat and the course of treatment. He and his wife have a son, and they share their home with 8 cats, some goldfish, and 2 pitbulls, Emma and Olive. When not at work he can be found tending his large rose garden, cooking, or being taken on a walk by Emma and Olive.
Dr. Hehn received her veterinary degree from the
University of
Pennsylvania in 2005. Originally from
Reading,
PA she decided to explore the West Coast and moved to the
Pacific Northwest after graduation. Landing in
Portland,
Oregon she worked for the past 5 ½ years at a general practice seeing both cats and dogs. During her last year in
Portland, Dr. Hehn also worked at a feline practice and realized how much she enjoyed working exclusively with cats. Returning to the East Coast in the spring of 2011 to be closer to family, Dr. Hehn started working at the Chestnut Hill Cat Clinic in October 2011.
Dr. Hehn shares her home with two lovely cats- Sita, a sassy black cat who is a
Philadelphia native and Sam, a lovely Ragdoll adopted when in
Oregon. In her free time Dr. Hehn can be found riding her bike, hiking, reading, drawing and exploring the city.
