SEPTA bus routes 23 (the old trolley) and 77 run past our door.  The L bus  swings onto the avenue 3 blocks up and the 97 and 98 end at the "Top of  the Hill", as does Chestnut Hill West rail line, 4 blocks from us.  Catch the 23  down the avenue, it runs about every 7 minutes.
